The third Twilight film, Eclipse, is essentially centered on the love triangle of Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson's characters, in which Team Edward (R.Pattz) vs. Team Jacob (Lautner) is finally resolved.

While it makes for good entertainment on the big screen, the stars of the film say they could do without the drama that comes along with threesomes, thank you very much.

The raw footage comes from a B-Roll provided to media that offers a raw look at the cast and crew filming scenes, before green screens are erased and special effects added. You'll get to see David Slade directing his cast and all the stars including Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Dakota Fanning filming scenes you've seen in clips but now get to see from a new fly-on-the-wall perspective.

Edward And Jacob Face Off.

Robert Pattinson’s Edward Cullen squares off against Taylor Lautner’s Jacob Black in Twilight Saga: Eclipse. This looks like a follow-up to a previously released photo featuring Pattinson, Lautner, and Kristen Stewart’s Bella Swan. (Click on the photo to enlarge it.)



I’m not really sure which scene this is supposed to be. The Edward vs. Jacob confrontation set in the school parking lot, which was recently seen in a clip shown at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, is totally different in terms of ambiance, lighting, and clothing.

In the novels, of course, Jacob is much bigger than Edward. He’s 6′5" or something like that. Perhaps even taller by the time Breaking Dawn comes to a close. Obviously, that’s not the case in the movie adaptations. But I think that makes Jacob a more believable match for Bella — and thus more of a threat to Edward.

30 things to look forward to with just 30 days until 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse'

It's hard to believe, but one of the summer's biggest movies is only 30 days away from opening. No, it's not "Inception," that's in July. And, no, it's not "Toy Story 3," that hits theaters in less than three weeks. Nope, it's the third installment of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" and unlike a few other franchises this summer, this is one flick that won't underperform. It doesn't hurt there is a growing fanbase that is salivating at the prospect of watching the most action packed of Stephenie Meyer's novels hit the big screen (not to mention IMAX screen) and the fact the next "Twilight" film won't hit theaters until November 2011. And the closer it gets to opening, the more the media (HitFix included) will focus on the "Eclipse" that will occur over the July 4th weekend.

With that in mind, the collective staff at HitFix have come up with 30 things you can look forward to over the next 30 days leading up to the thriller's release. With a sly wink of course, because the best thing about "Twilight" fans is that they have a sense of humor about themselves (unlike some Muggles we know...).

30. In a desperate hunt for ratings, CNN's Anderson Cooper devotes an hour to "Eclipse" coverage.

29. Several teenage girls will rush out to see director David Slade's earlier movies and be very disturbed by "Hard Candy" and "30 Days of Night."

28. The five fans who saw "The Runaways" will watch the Dakota/Kristen scenes in "Eclipse" with a completely new subtext.

27. Duh, MTV viewers picking "New Moon" over "Avatar" for best picture at the MTV Movie Awards.

26. Just like with "New Moon's" Chris Weitz, fans and the stars all of a sudden fall in love with David Slade if and when they love the movie (and yes, it's too late for him to direct "Breaking Dawn").

25. The semi-annual scuttlebutt about Taylor Lautner's workout regime returns. Our guess? P90-X.

Robert Pattinson has the edge over Taylor Lautner in the Twilight movies. Since Rob is the protagonist Edward Cullen and is ready to do anything to be with his lady Bella Swan he has to fight with the werewolves. Edward’s nemesis being Jacob Black played by Taylor both is ready to tear each other apart for Bella.

A brand new still image from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse has been revealed today by USA Today, and this time it's "Jacob" (Taylor Lautner) and "Bella" (Kristen Stewart)!



In the image, the two are outside of what looks to be his home in La Push, and he's walking a motorcycle.

The image is probably from the scene where "Jacob" springs "Bella" from school on his motorcycle, don't you think?

The 1950s gave us the Rat Pack. The ‘80s, the Brat Pack. These days, the Wolf Pack is roaming the film scene.

Although the "Twilight" franchise may have helped spur the vampire craze with the Cullen brood, the saga's gang of shape-shifters is bringing sexy back to werewolves. And in "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," which hits theaters June 30, that's no different.

"You have to consider the idea that I might be better for her than you are." The "her" here, of course, is Kristen Stewart’s Bella Swan, who in order to become one with Edward will have to undergo, let’s say, a radical transformation.

Twilight Saga Teaches Teenagers About Healthy Relationships.

Fans are rabid for the Twilight series. The books are best sellers and the Twilight sequel New Moon broke records at the box office last year. Wednesday, Planned Parenthood of the Heartland used the vampire romance as a teaching tool for teenagers.

"It's a love story that pretty much any teenage girl would want," says 16-year-old Nikki Good who has read all four books and seen both movies. The high school junior got hooked on the love story between Bella and Edward. "She's just your typical teenage girl and he's the guy that every girl dreams of. I'm a huge fan," she says.

"Fantasy and reality kinda mix a little bit, but a lot of the things that happen in the books could happen in real life and do happen," says health educator Jenn Morton. More than 30 teachers, social workers and other who work with youth discussed the series adult themes like identifying healthy and unhealthy relationships. "Really it's about adults being able to talk to those kids about those things and then impress their own values," says Morton.





Planned Parenthood of the Heartland will hold another training session just for parents. It is scheduled for June before the release of Eclipse, the latest movie in the series. For more information, call the Education and Resource Center at 1-800-874-2525.
